What is a SHORT SALE?

A real estate short sale, or quick sale, is a negotiation between a homeowner and their mortgage lender for the lender to accept less than they are owed for an outstanding loan.

Do I qualify for a SHORT SALE?

Every situation is different. If the home owner can prove some sort of hardship, they will qualify for a short payoff.

Will this hurt my credit?

Again every situation is different however I can negotiate with the banks to get them to report the loan "paid in full" to the credit agencies.
